This privacy policy notice is served by Jasam Technology Ltd under the website www.jasam.co.uk. The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information through the business and while you browse or use this website.
Processing of your personal data
Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) we control and process any personal information you provide to us electronically in the following ways. Unless otherwise defined, we only process your personal data for accounts & records, advertising, marketing, PR or staff administration (where applicable) purposes.
We use the contract lawful basis under the GDPR for the processing of your information to provide you with details about our services, supplying a quote or estimate. We shall continue to process your information until the contract between us ends or is terminated. Your personal data under the contract lawful basis is not shared with any third parties.
We use the consent lawful basis for the processing of your information when you explicitly subscribe to our email mailing list. Your information is used to send you marketing messages within the scope outlined at the point of subscription. Your personal data under the consent lawful basis is not shared with any third parties.
We use the legitimate interests lawful basis where a shared interest exists between us. Your information is not shared with any third parties and we only store this information for as long as a legitimate interest exists.

Data security and protection
We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure data storage technologies and precise procedures in how we store, access and manage that information. Our methods meet the GDPR compliance requirement. Protective measures include passwords, pass codes, finger print recognition software and firewall technology across computers and mobile devices.
Email marketing messages & subscription
We are not currently undertaking email marketing, messaging and subscription. Should we do so in the future, under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. Any email marketing messages we send are done so through an email marketing service (EMS) provider.
Email marketing messages that we send may contain tracking beacons or tracked clickable links to track subscriber activity such as times, dates, I.P addresses, opens, and clicks. Any email marketing messages we send are in accordance with the GDPR and the PECR.
